Do you work with general contractors on new construction?
Yes. We partner with general contractors on new construction and retrofit projects across Tampa Bay, providing fast, accurate quotes from plans, clean rough-ins, and inspection-ready installs that keep build schedules moving.
What HVAC brands do you install?
We install American Standard and Mitsubishi Electric systems, including Mitsubishi ductless mini-split systems, as a certified American Standard Customer Care Dealer and Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor.
What certifications does Newlon's HVAC hold?
We're a certified American Standard Customer Care Dealer and Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor, and we're licensed and insured under Florida license CAC1824196.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we provide free, no-obligation estimates on new system installations and replacements for homeowners, businesses, and general contractors.
Do you offer financing?

Do you offer HVAC maintenance and repairs, or only installation?
Both. Alongside new installations, we offer maintenance plans and expert repairs for existing residential and commercial systems, with regular tune-ups to extend equipment life and prevent breakdowns.
What are your hours, and do you offer emergency or after-hours service?
We're open Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm. We don't currently offer after-hours or emergency service — all installs and service calls are scheduled during regular business hours.
Do you serve commercial properties as well as homes?
Yes. We install and service HVAC systems for offices, retail, restaurants, and new commercial construction, in addition to residential homes.
